Kendall and Kylie Jenner Hit With Lawsuit!

Reality TV stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been recently slapped with a lawsuit alongside clothing brand PacSun. The sisters have been accused of stealing resort lifestyle retailer Island Company’s trademarked logo which is also mentioned on page six. The company, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, claim that the siblings and PacSun, both are alleged of stealing their phrase: “Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return”

They were accused by the company after they saw PacSun design a shirt for the girls’ clothing line with the similar logo: “Run away. Fall in love. Never return.” The real brand has been using its trademark phrase since 2005 and its garments have been used by famous celebrities including Johnny Depp, Cameron Diaz and Brad Pitt. It only demands that the words are to be removed from the teenagers’ clothings. Kendall and Kylie Jenner are yet to answer for this accusation.
