Famous Actor Idris Elba is now working in a television show with a title “Luther”. Idris claims that his show was created on the demand of audience. Idris who is 43 years old now, plays role of Detective Chief Inspector in the show. Luther will be seen on BBC and will comprise of total three seasons.
It was first aired in 2010, and up till now 14 episodes are showed on the television. This TV show is written and produced by Neil Cross. Luther’s first season was released in 2010 which had six episodes. After that in the second season, which was released in 2011, had four episodes. While in 2013, its third season again had four episodes. Now, news is that Luther’s fourth season will consist of two parts which will be released on 15th December.
Idris further revealed that the fourth season is all about crime and thrill which is just according to the demand of his fans. “We’ve got a loyal and demanding audience, and the audience, Neil and I were not satisfied with the ending of the last one,” Idris told UK newspaper The Mirror. He always feels that in previous seasons they were unable to answer various questions which usually raised from the audience’s end. So in the fourth season they tried to conclude various different things to end a chapter before opening a new chapter.
