Dylan Minnette is a Hollywood actor born in 1996 in Evansville, Indiana. Dylan’s early career began when he started doing commercials at the age of seven. Success in the industry led him to relocate to Los Angeles, CA to further pursue his acting career.
Dylan’s first television role came at the age of 8 when he played a younger version of Charlie Sheen’s character in Two and a Half Men. In 2005, he appeared in an episode of Nickelodeon’s Drake & Josh. But Dylan is most recognized for his role as Jack Shepard’s son, David, on the wildly popular Lost. Dylan also made recurring appearances on Prison Break, Saving Grace and played Reed on the TNT series Men of a Certain Age. Other acting credits include Ghost Whisperer, Grey’s Anatomy, Rules of Engagement, The Mentalist, Supernatural, Lie to Me, and R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour. In 2011, Dylan Minnette made his first major feature film appearance in the horror film Let Me In playing opposite Chloë Grace Moretz.
In 2014, Dylan appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Scandal. He’s also been busy with a burgeoning film career and roles in the movies Prisoners, Labor Day, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, and Goosebumps with Jack Black.
Minnette is also a singer and guitarist with the band The Narwhals. The Narwhals won a battle of the bands contest, toured in 2011 and regularly appear at famous LA venues such as The Roxy and Whisky a Go Go. While salary and net worth information on Dylan are not available, we estimate his prolific career would certainly place his net worth comfortably around $7 million. The bulk of his income in 2013 and 2014 would have come from supporting roles in the films Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day and television roles in Marvel Agents of Shield and Scandal, as well as his musical career.
