Dave responded to Jay’s “Don’t Blame Conan”

Blame Conan!’ He Pleads

Just when you think David Letterman couldn’t get any more fired up about his nemesis Jay Leno and the current ‘Tonight’-gate debacle over at NBC, the ‘Late Show’ host comes out and unloads another massive anti-Jay manifesto for the world to see. On Tuesday, Dave responded to Jay’s “Don’t Blame Conan” statement with a heated and harsh statement of his own, calling Leno “phony” and saying that nobody in the world is blaming Conan for the current situation.

Never really liked Jay much. His jokes were lame. Conan, Letterman, and Ferguson were all better. Fallon is not really that funny. He does annoy me a bit, but I suppose he is ok. That guy with Giermo is ok too. I liked his unnecessary censorship. But, I feel the top three were Conan, Ferguson, and Letterman.

Hailing from Indy I watched as Letterman started in local TV as a weatherman and then as the host of David Letterman's freeze dried movies. During that time he was also doing standup comedy locally trying to hone his comedy skills. He suddenly disappeared from local TV and resurfaced on natl tv out of L.A a few years later.. The rest is history most everyone else knows.

I mean if you're talking about funny overall it's johnny Carson but if you're saying coming down to 2000 s it's Conan and Dave sorry but Conan is in the race while fallon isn't targeting himself to be funny because he isn't he looking at game show host kind which attract a lot of kids and teens who don't understand to watch their favourite celebrity play game I'm 16 but my dad got me into this so I keep watching it's fun

I hope someday the public stops feeling sorry for multimillionaires when they ask for pity.
"John Smith" lost his factory job through layoffs and cant afford to feed his newborn twins, but HEAVENS NO,
Multimillionaire Jay Leno worth $350 million deserves his job back, guys!!
Seriously, wake the fuck up. It's not your fault that you WERE ignorant, but it IS your fault if you STAY ignorant to the bullshit the 1%'ers shove in your face.
Its 2017, can we PLEASE stop getting conned right and left, every day of the year…

This is just my own opinion but somehow over my years of living, ive noticed that the first name of a person determines a persons personality across the board, regardless of race, all jay’s ive known act like jay leno, talk to much and would throw you under the bus without a second thought.

David Letterman not getting the Tonight Show is the best thing that ever happened to David Letterman he is far more successful and has made far more money than he would have being The Tonight Show host
